Also you can have a look in here to get ideas what others are doing to change their lives and expand on their enjoyment.

You can use it as a pick-me-up when you feel sad or blue and become even more grateful.

    1. I am very grateful I went to bed at a decent time and woke up with 8 hours of sleep and I felt better than yesterday.
    2. I am thankful my husband took my younger cat who is about 14 1/2 years old to the vet and his temperature was normal and his heart rate was normal and they were able to clip his nails. He wouldn”t let them administer a blood test but the vet said to try getting him kitten food to see if I can get him to eat better. Otherwise he said just let him live out the rest of his life as peaceable as possible.
    3. I am happy my husband took me to visit a good friend who is recuperating from surgery. She was so happy and it made me happy too.
    4. I am happy I received the renewal medication in the mail today that I needed.
    5. I am happy I recived some pain medication today for some minor aches and pains I have and so I can move about a little better.
    6. I am thankful I started a new group on Facebook which now lets other friends post to my group as well so I can enjoy an interchange of encouraging posts and share them with others too.
    7. I am thankful I met Anna and have come to know her and be able to enjoy the wonderful challenges she offers.

  3. I am so grateful today that my friend did not suffer a stroke. I am grateful for the sunlight, the beautiful flowers, the wildlife, birds, and insects. I am grateful for being able to take walks along the water and increase my energy. I am grateful to be blessed with so much and loving the journey.

  4. Today I am grateful for:
    1. The time spent with my daughter, grand daughter and her dad.
    2. The 5 day Empowerment Challenge and all of the active participants
    3. The beautiful drum of Liquid Light that was perfect for sound healing and relaxation
    4. All of the great feedback that I get from so many
    5. All of the ideas that I have and will make into a reality

  5. 1. I am grateful I woke up this morning and I have another day of life.
    2. I am grateful that I got a good night’s rest.
    3. I’m grateful my husband is well as well as my pets.
    4. I’m grateful I have good health insurance because my oxygen concentrator went on the blink and the oxygen supply company is bringing me another one.
    5. I am grateful for my family and friends that love me.
    6. I’m grateful that the sun is going to shine today and it’s going to be warmer today, around 60.

  10. 1. I am grateful for another day of life and for having all the necessary things to live comfortably.
    2. I am grateful for this opportunity to better develop my personality and to really know who my authentic self is as I dig into deeper areas of consciousness.

  13. 1) I’m thankful for our Heavenly Father to provide us,with great people to teach us,new ways they have studied to help us with diff issues of PTSD or other medical issues and HOW TO HANDLE THE ISSUES SO THEY DO NOT BECOME A SNOWBALL AFFECT AND CAUSE FURTHER ISSUES TO OURSELVES OR OTHERS.
    2) Grateful for each day to wake up,be grateful for what I hv in life & a wonderful husband/family.
    3)Grateful for a,safe home,food,car.
    4) The beautiful world of mother nature that my God has provided for me to enjoy at no expense.
    5) grateful God gv us his,only son to due on the cross to save all our sins for us each day. 🕇
