  1. I have found that when I limit what I eat and drink and when I eat and drink in the evening I can sleep better through the night. Also keeping my humidifier going and keeping a glass of ice water on my stand because I do wake up thirsty. Also, if I do a few simple things throughout the day to keep everything orderly and clean and organized, I feel a lot better like my day is more constructive. I try to make things easier for my husband as he still works four nights a week.
    And then I have to attend to the pets too because they are all getting up there in age.
